The Tidwell Company, LC has been active in sales, leasing, tenant representation and property management in the Metropolitan Kansas City Area since 1989, the year it was founded by Brant W. Tidwell, CCIM. Since that time, The Tidwell Company has handled the brokerage of more than 1,000,000 SF of space with a value exceeding $40,000,000. While our focus is primarily on the retail and office market in Johnson County Kansas, we do projects all around the metropolitan Kansas City area. We are active members of the Overland Park Chamber of Commerce, the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors and the Kansas City CCIM Chapter. Our goal is to cooperate with other licensed brokers whenever possible to expand market exposure for our client's listings and property searches. We work very hard to maintain our status as a commercial brokerage with whom other brokers enjoy working. We currently manage several properties in the Metropolitan Kansas City Area as well as in Springfield, Missouri: Times Square Shopping Center is a locally-owned center, is located at 105th and Metcalf in Overland Park, Kansas. The center contains over 40,000 SF and includes Carrabba's Italian Grill, Edward Jones Investments, Hobby Haven, Rostik Salon, Chuck-E-Cheese Pizza and other specialty retailers. Wycliff Office Park is located at the northeast corner of I-435 and Overland Parkway. The Tidwell Company has sold most of the buildings in the office park, performs property management and leasing for two office buildings and has been the exclusive marketing agent for many of the buildings and development parcels in the park. Building 35 in Corporate Woods is located at 9101 W. 110th Street in Overland Park. Our offices are located in this owner-occupied building that is one of the few not owned by the office park. Victory Hills Shopping Center is located at 66th and Parallel in Kansas City, Kansas. The center contains approximately 21,000 SF. Tenants include Medicine Shoppe, State Farm Insurance and other local tenants. After managing the property for several years, Tidwell purchased the center in 2002. In Springfield, Missouri the company manages an 8,000 SF single-tenant freestanding office/warehouse.
